  6. Wow, what a brilliant list, packed with quality! No duds! You really like a song with a strong hook, don’t you? Very eclectic, too, something from most eras. Are they in order of preference? Actually, they’re so good I’d find them very hard to rank.

      • Interesting piece, Steve, with the theme of enthusiasm running right through it! Your film about plane spotting is a fine testimony to your friend and his passion for planes and a pretty nifty piece of film making in its own right – must have taken time to put together, given the 1980s technology. Nostalgic too – cars, fashions (!) etc. Not surprised it’s had so many views!
